About Office Hours

To provide additional support, a member of our Customer Success team will be available daily Monday through Friday for your convenience.

The live online support meetings are free and open for any WorkBright client to join and ask questions.

How It Works:

  1. Click the link to join during one of the designated times listed to the left. 
  2. The host (one of our talented Customer Success Managers) will let you in to a live webinar. 
  3. Once you enter the room and connect your audio, enter your question in the Q&A window. 
  4. The host will answer questions in the order they are received live on the chat.

  • This is a public discussion so please don’t share PII for your Organization or Employees including passwords
